This trip is dedicated to the discovery of Mekong Delta off the beaten track. That is why we offer you the possibility to have a nice homestay trip which is a excellent way to get in touch with the locals. This trip is a pleasant mix of activities as you will enjoy to bicycle through villages, to dinner and stay at locals’ home to discover their way of life, to visit cultural sites, etc.

Tour Plan
Road towards Sa Dec by crossing through Pier Dinh Khao. Visit Kien An Cung Pagoda and Huynh Thuy Le Old House old colonial style house in Sa Dec. Lunch in a local restaurant.
Transfer to Long Xuyen then crossing the river by ferry among the locals. Get on a boat towards the nearby Tiger Island, a quiet oasis featuring lush nature and many orchards giving the island a certain charm. Bike ride on trails, which offers a glimpse of the daily life. Greeting by a local family.
Dinner with the family.
Overnight homestay.
Early morning, visit Long Xuyen’s floating market. Continuation of discovering a floating village, living on fish farming and a watery garden. Lunch during the tour. Transfer to Cho Lach, a quiet and authentic village of Ben Tre. Located in the heart of the Mekong Delta in the countryside off the touristic paths, Homemade aperitif.
For dinner, duck cooked in coconut milk, a specialty of the family. Overnight at the cottage.
Breakfast in the garden. Bicycle trip towards Cho Lach local market, lively and very authentic market that reflect well the day to day life of the delta. Bicycle ride back to the cottage throughout little luxurious trails surrounded by gardens and local houses.Lunch at the cottage. Drive to My Tho by crossing the big Bridge Rach Mieu connecting Ben Tre province and Tien Giang. Visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, one of the largest pagodas of the South, with the mixing of Khmer, Chinese and French architecture styles. Route to Ho Chi Minh City through the peaceful scenery of the Mekong Delta.
Arrival late afternoon. Dinner at your expense.
