Departure at your own expenses to the airport of your choice. Check-in formalities and flight to Hanoi on regular flightDinner and night on board.
Arriving in Hanoi you will be welcome at the airport by your English speaking guide and transfer to the city.Orientation tour around Hanoi and a quick introduction of the street food culture while passing by the different stalls.You will have a Welcome dinner where you will taste one of the many different specialties it is called "Cha Ca la vong", one of the most famous specialties of the North which is consisted of a sauteed fish served with dill and spring onions.Night at the hotel.
Visit of the Temple of Literature. Pursuit with the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the One Pillar Pagoda. Take a tour in a rickshaw and explore the city through the impressive colonial neighborhoods...Take a walk in the old district of Hanoi and its small lively authentic streets. Try the "Banh cuon", also called the "ravioli of Vietnam" a dishe served with a "nuoc mam" sauce.Then visit the Museum of ethnology. Walk in a beautiful garden with typical houses, stroll through the old districts of Hanoi to discover the "street food" and Stop at the tavern "Pho Suong". Savour your first dish: "Pho" in this tiny place where they serve outrageously good soup.Continue your walk through the streets of the old district, we can stop at any moment according to your taste: try the spring rolls shop (very popular among youngsters) the lemon tea shop or even the fresh fruit smoothie shop venture in the various smell, colors and taste of the city.Night at hotel in the old districts of Hanoi.
Departure for Ninh Binh, passing on a portion of the legendary track of Ho Chi Minh. You will see the various landscapes and the many typical villages along the way.Stopping in Van Long site, the place is located in the karst area of Ninh Binh, nicknamed “Halong Bay on Land” for its natural beauty and the extraordinary scenery it offers. Lunch during the excursion.Take a ride on the Flat-bottomed boat following the river that fall through huge karstic rocks a nature preserved from the hand of mens.We will have a bike ride before encountering locals and Later on you will visit a traditional house before dinner in a local restaurant, where you will try the specialty of this region: the mountain goat. A succession of tasty and varied dishes made with goat like steamed-cook goat with lemongrass, grilled goat and goat curry (The goat of Ninh Binh is considered as the best in the country).Night at the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure towards Ha Long and its world famous bay. Boarding the junk you will start your journey around the bay. For lunch you will have delicious seafood, enjoy your meal while the junk sails between the islands and islets. Explore the Cave Thien Canh Son, one of the most beautiful caves in the bay.Relax on the sandy beach of the island Hon Co. Back on the junk you can Relax and contemplate the sunset on the top deck.Seafood dinner on board and If you wish you can try squid fishing directly from the rear of the junk a funny and unforgettable experience. Night on board.
Breakfast at sunrise. Boat trip through the fishermen floating villages, you will visit small schools, houses, health posts... Last lunch of delicacies from the bay on board. Landing manoeuvres of the junk.Way back to Hanoi, with a stop along the way in Dong Trieu village known for its ceramics. Dinner in a local restaurant. Transfer to the railway station. Sleeping train to Hue. Night on board (Tourist class, 4 berths / cabin)
Arrival to Hue railway station and transfer to a small hotel for breakfast and a shower.City tour in Hue which declared Patrimony of UNESCO : Visit the citadel built in ‘Vauban’ architectural style, pursuit to the Imperial City and the majestic royal palaces, discover the magnificent temple of the Nguyen Dynasty.Road towards a local family restaurant on the river bank. Taste a homemade lunch with specialty of Hue "Bánh khoai" and fig salad. Cruising on a Dragon boat ride through the Perfume River. On the way, assist to the manufacturing of conical hats and incense sticks. Then visit the Pagoda of the Celestial Lady and the tomb of Tu Duc.For dinner, the "imperial" menu: succession of tasty well decorated dishes with carved vegetables, just as the emperor himself in his time.Night at the hotel downtown.
Heading to Hoi An through the astonishing “Pass of the ocean cloud”. Photos stop on the top of the path to admire the view.Homemade lunch in a cottage away from the center of the city, friendly family and delicious local cuisine.Walking tour around the ancient town of Hoi An; visiting the Chuc Thanh Pagoda, the Fujian Chinese community house and the charming colonial buildings. Walk among the 800 buildings of historical heritage. Stop by the Japanese covered bridge, an historic symbol of the city. Boat tour on the river to get in touch with the life of the river bank. At the end of the day, stroll in a lively local market.For dinner you will try a dishe known as Banh Vac or "White Rose" which consist of rice ravioli stuffed with shrimp paste, speciality of Hoi An.Night at the hotel.

Start cycling to Tra Que village, Known for its vegetables. Greeted by a local family, you will be learning farming techniques and help the villagers in their daily tasks.We will do a Bike ride in the surroundings with a surprise on the way: a buffalo ride an unforgettable experience. Continue your ride on beautiful routes to the jetty of the Cam Thanh village.  Boarding on a traditional boat you will try different fishing activities: raising a large plaice net, learn how to bait fishs and practice hawk net fishing.Back to Cam Thanh to enjoy delicious local meal prepared by a fisherman’s family. Boarding on a basket boat known as "Thung Chai” for a ride on the canals lined with coconut trees. possibility to fish the famous coconut crabs. Taking the road back to Hoi An.For dinner you taste the "Cao Lau" noodle soup, pork and vegetables, culinary specialty of the town.  Night at the hotel.
Transfer to Danang airport fo your flight to Ho Chi Minh. At your arrival you will be welcomed by your English-speaking tour-guide and transfered to the city.Walking tour around the old colonial district. Photo stop in front of the Reunification Palace. Visit of the central post office, designed by Gustave Eiffel’s workshop, followed by Notre Dame Cathedral. Walk on the ex-Catinat street to the city hall, the municipal theatre and the historic“Continental” hotel.Lunch in a restaurant in town.Tour in Chinatown very commercial area, the great Binh Tay Market, the herbalists alleys the plants growing there are essential in traditional medicine. After this we will visit the Thien Hau Temple, known for his glazed ceramic statuettes.Dinner in the restaurant "Barbecue Garden".Night at the hotel.
Departure to Ben Tre in the Mekong Delta - knwon as the "capital of the coconut trees." Arriving in Ben Tre we will take a boat in the heart of the delta.After visiting a brick factory, wew ill continue discovering other businesses like factories making handmade crafts out of coconut fiber... we will take a Walk in a small village throughout schools, rice plateau, orchards and local houses, there, you will meet the warmly and welcoming locals. You will have lunch in your homestay with the specialty of the delta the "elephant ear fish". Cruising along the arroyos in a traditional row boat, relax and enjoy the charming landscape and the scenery the area offers.Visit a bonsai garden and a nursery on the way road to Cho Lach. we will stay for the night in the cottage of Mr. Nam Hien. Possibility to assist locals in the preparation of the traditional dishes that will be served during the dinner duck cooked in coconut milk, the specialty of the house. Night at the cottage (private room).
Bicycle ride to the nearby local market filled with fresh products from the delta. taking the road back throughout the little trails to a cottage where we will eat lunch.We will have a typical meal with agricultural products from the region. Departure to Can Tho which is the largest city of the Delta. In order to cross the river of the Delta, we will take a ferry with locals. Later on we will Visit a Khmer pagoda with a typical and unique architecture.Dinner in a restaurant on the lively river banks. Night walk in the port of Ninh Kieu. Night at hotel in downtown.
We will take the boat on the canal Nong Cai to discover the river activities and the Cai Rang floating market. You will have the opportunity to taste fresh fruits of the area, directly bought from a boat on the river.Return to Ho Chi Minh city. Lunch along the way. Arriving at our destination in the end of the afternoon.Transfer to the airport for your return flight. Check-in formalities and boarding. Dinner and night on board.
