Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, reception by the local English-speaking tour guide and transfer to the hotel in the center of the city. (The rooms are available after 2:00 pm).Meals at leisure. Night at the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel.In the morning, discover on foot of the old  district, where there are colonial buildings. Photo stop in front of the Reunification Palace. Visit the central post office, designed by Gustave Eiffel’s workshop, followed by Notre Dame Cathedral, with red bricks, constructed in 1880. Walk on the ex-Catinat street to the City hall, the Opera House and the historic “Continental” hotel.Lunch in a local restaurant.In the afternoon, visit Chinatown, very commercial and known for its special atmosphere and for the great Binh Tay Market. Walk in the neighborhood with its numerous temples, Chinese shops and traditional medicine pharmacies where essential plants can be found. Finnish with the Thien Hau Temple, known for its ceramic statuettes.Dinner at leisure. Night at the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel.Departure by road to the Mekong Delta. On the way, visit a Cao Dai temple, a religion founded in 1920 by the intellectuals of the South. Discovery of a rich and interesting mixture of culture and traditions, a mixture of western and oriental ideas. Continuation to the region of Ben Tre. Boarding for a boat ride on one of the 9 branches of the Mekong River. Stops in local workshops and different plantations on shore to understand the importance of the Mekong River in the economy of this region.Walk in a typical village, to discover the daily life of the inhabitants. Visit their gardens where you can taste local products.Lunch in a family house with specialties: "elephant ear fish". In the afternoon, continue by road to the city of Can Tho, the largest in the Mekong Delta, stop at a hidden Khmer temple. Visit the temple and walk in the village populated by people of the Khmer minority ethnic group (Cambodians).Arrival in Can Tho, check-in at the hotel on the banks of the river.Dinner at leisure. Breakfast at the hotel.Early departure to enjoy the animation of the river: boat ride to the floating market of Cai Rang, the largest in the delta, a spectacle of local life with many fruits and vegetables.In a small merchant ship, fruit tasting in a lively and exotic environment.After the visit, Transfer to the airport and flight to Danang. Arrival and transfer to Hoi An (30km).Lunch in a local restaurant.In the afternoon, discover the ancient town of Hoi An: the Chuc Thanh Pagoda, 1454, the oldest in the city and with typical Vietnamese architecture. Visit an artisan center where we can see the traditional crafts of the city, visit the house of the Fujian Chinese community, discover the history and the architecture of a secular house in the old quarter. Walk through the 800 buildings of historical interest. Visit of the Japanese covered bridge, historical symbol of the city. Dinner at leisure. Night at the hotel.

Early in the morning, route to the Cua Dai fishermen's market, around Hoi An. Every day, the fishermen return from a long night at sea to sell their fresh catch. Stroll through the hectic market and discover exotic fish!Continue to Tam Thanh village, 40km south of Hoi An on a route following the sea. Beautiful landscapes with snow white sand!Arrival in this beautiful small town known for its murals and its long wild beach.Free time in the village to enjoy the beach, the small cafes, restaurants and the pleasant atmosphere. There are no public showers on the beach, so you will have the possibility to take a shower in one of the small homestays near the beach. Return to Hoi An in the late afternoon or whenever you wish.Experience 2 (see price in the experience table at the end of the document): Vietnamese Cooking Class - Departure for Tra Que, known as the”organic garden village”. Arrival and stroll in the garden to learn about the local aromatic herbs. Begin the cooking class, you will learn how to cook 4 delicacies of Central Vietnamese gastronomy. At the end of the class, lunch with the dishes you just prepared. To end you experience, enjoy a traditional foot massage.

Upon the arrival, you must take a cable car, with amazing views, to reach the photogenic bridge. Free time to discover the themed Ba Na Hills park.After the visit, descent on the cable car and road to Hue, the ancient imperial capital of Vietnam.Lunch in a local restaurant.Stop at An Bang village, also known as “the city of ghosts”. Walk in the village famous for its magnificent royal style tombs, a particular feeling. Free time on the natural beach of the village, possibility of swimming.Continuation to Hue. Visit the citadel, built in the architecture style "Vauban". Discovery of the Imperial city and of the majestic royal palaces, testimonies of the life of the last Vietnamese dynasty, the Nguyen.Discovery of the magnificent temple of the Nguyen dynasty, to admire the altars of 10 emperors.Visit to the Thien Mu pagoda that is known for its octagonal shape. Followed by a boat trip towards a small family restaurant on the Perfume River banks.Lunch in a local restaurant.After lunch, continue towards the peaceful Thuy Bieu village, well known as pomelo village.Walking or bicycle tour in the village to discover the pomelo gardens, the communal houses, ....Finish the day with the visit of the Ming Mang tomb, the most romantic of the royal tombs, on the way, stop in a small family factory specialized in conical hats and incense.Dinner at leisure. Breakfast at the hotel.Transfer to the Tam Giang lagoon, an idyllic spot for fishing and aquaculture. Boat trip through the shrimp, oyster, fish farms... Introduction to the different fishing techniques in the region (falcon, net, with traps ...).Return to land and lunch at a family restaurant.Follow the route to Phong Nha Ke Bang National Park formed over 250 million years ago and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Breakfast at the hotel.In the morning,  take a boat ride on the river to the Phong Nha cave, spectacular mountain landscapes from this river that runs through the park. Take your time to explore one of the longest caves in Asia and be sure to take photos of the wonderful stalactites and stalagmites.After exploring the Phong Nha cave, a picnic lunch will take place before reaching the Dark cave. Specialized equipment will be provided for you to swim, kayak, and soak in the mud before zip lining and bathing in the river at this beautiful spot inside the Dark CaveAfter the visits, transfer to Dong Hoi City following Highway 20 and the Ho Chi Minh Trail West roads that divide the National Park. These roads were built during the War to transport Vietnamese troops and materials to the south to help fight on the south side of the DMZ line.In Dong Hoi it is time to use a room in a small hotel for the shower.Transfer to the train station to board the night train to Ninh Binh, also known as the Halong Bay on Earth, overnight on the train. Breakfast at the hotel.Road to Halong Bay, to board a traditional junk in the most unknown part of the Bay (Lan Ha Bay).Arrival at the port and boarding a tender to be taken to the junk.Installation in your cruise cabs and lunch with fresh seafood on board.Begin the cruise within the less touristic and cleanest areas of the Bay, navigating through imposing karstic mountains and about 3000 islands and islets emerging from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Tonkin.First stop in a cave area, to navigate in kayak or small boats, visiting two natural caves.Return to the cruise ship to enjoy the sunset views over the bay and the possibility of swimming in its waters, jumping from the top of the cruise ship.Barbecue dinner on board.Night on board of the cruise ship. This market only opens its doors at night, to ensure the freshness of the flowers, it’s also one of the few places open during the night in a city where the curfew is well enforced.
Breakfast at the hotel. To start the trip, a rickshaw ride in the center of the city allows you to discover the main centers of interests of the Vietnamese capital: the neighborhood of the “36 corporations”, the quarter of the embassies, the surroundings of the lake …Visit to the temple of Literature, built in the 1070, a symbol of the education in the country, that represents the traditional Vietnamese architecture.Lunch in a local restaurant.Walk in the surroundings of the Ba Dinh square. Pictures in front of the impressive Mausoleum of Ho Chi Minh, place of eternal rest of the greatest leader of the Vietnamese people. Visit the One Pillar pagoda, known for its original construction in teak, emerging from water.Finish the day with a walk on the historic Long Bien bridge with the possibility of visiting a small banana plantation on the Red River banks  in the middle of the city. After the stroll, transfer back to your hotel.Dinner at leisure.
