Tour Plan

Arrival in Siem Reap, reception by the local English-speaking tour guide, and transfer to the hotel in the center of the city. (The rooms are available after 2:00 pm).Meals at leisure. Night at the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel.Discovery in tuk-tuk of the Angkor Thom site by the southern gate, after the Naga bridge.Continuation with Bayon, a temple famous for its towers with faces that reproduced the bodhisattva, but also for the fineness of its bas-reliefs. Bayon is one of the most noteworthy monuments of Angkor.Visit the Terrace of Elephants, also called the royal terrace, where the king and his court attended the ceremonies.The Terrace of the Leper King, its name comes from a statue which was on the terrace and which was named « leper king » in memory of king Yasovarman 1 who built Angkor and died of leprosy. Lunch in a local restaurant.The afternoon is dedicated to the visit of Angkor Wat, the most famous and impressive temple of the site, its towers are the symbol of Cambodia. Breakfast at the hotel.Visit the Siem Reap local market, to discover the local Cambodian products.In the morning, visit the temple of Banteay Srei, the "citadel of women". On the way, stop in a traditional village of artisanal production of palm sugar.Lunch at a local restaurant.In the afternoon, visit the Ta Prohm temple, a mix of architecture and tropical nature, where the jungle took over the temple, with large trees growing between the buildings.Walk through a nursery, where you can find all the plant species of the region, up to the dam built by the French. Later, discover the Pre Rup temple towards sunsetAfter the visits, return to the hotel.Dinner at leisure. Breakfast at the hotel.Departure to the great Tonlé Sap Lake, one of the wonders of Asia. Boat trip to a floating village animated by fishing and breeding activities, and unusual life scenes. Lunch in a local restaurant.If there is enough time, before going to the airport, visit the "Senteurs d'Angkor" factory, where candles, soaps, and other creams are made, and spices (such as pepper, chili, curry, etc.) are treated.Transfer to the airport and flight to Luang Prabang.

Breakfast at the hotel.Start your day with the visit to the Royal Palace of Haw Kham, built-in 1904 during the colonial period, by the order of King Sisavang.Cruise on the majestic Mekong River, starting the navigation in the middle of the morning mist, surrounded by the jungle, you can enjoy authentic Laos and its peaceful lifestyle. Arrival at the caves of Pak Ou. These are two excavated caves at the foot of the cliff, where thousands of statues of Buddhas (more than 8,000) are found. Exploration of the caves.Lunch in a restaurant on the river banks.Return to Luang Prabang and on the way, visit the village of Ban Xang Hai, known for its production of rice liquor.  Back in town, visit the Vat Xieng Thong temple, a vast combination of sacred buildings, and jewels of Lao art, and the most beautiful temple in the city.Dinner at leisure. Night at the hotel. Experience 2 (see price in the experience table at the end of the document): Traditional Baci ceremony, this important ritual is important in Laotian culture. This mix of animism and Buddhism is held for the most important events of the locals’ lives such as weddings and births.
Around 6:00, the monk parades through the streets of their district in search of offerings. If you wish, you get up early and participate in this beautiful spiritual show in Luang Prabang. Breakfast at the hotel.In the morning, transfer by road to the Kuang Si waterfalls, incredible jumps of turquoise water, forming stunning natural pools.On the road, stop at the Phosy market and then visit the village of Ban Sing for a short walk through this authentic hamlet. Walk up to the local pagoda with views of the Mekong River.Continue towards the National Park that houses the waterfalls. Start a walk through the Park, contemplate the different waterfalls, and visit an Asian Bears rescue center. Possibility to swim in the natural pools of the waterfalls during the visit. Lunch in a local restaurant.In the afternoon, visit the Traditional Art and Ethnology Center, to discover the local culture and its numerous ethnic minorities.Possibility to visit Mount Phousi, which after climbing its 328 steps, offers spectacular views over the city with the Mekong and Nam Khan rivers.Free time in the night market, where the ethnic minority groups of the mountains trade their handicrafts and typical products. Dinner at leisure. Visit the temple of Literature, built in the 1070s, a symbol of education in the country, that represents traditional Vietnamese architecture.Lunch in a local restaurant.Walk in the surroundings of Ba Dinh square. Pictures in front of the impressive Mausoleum of Ho Chi Minh, the place of the eternal rest of the greatest leader of the Vietnamese people. Visit the One Pillar pagoda, known for its original construction in teak, emerging from the water.To finish the day, a rickshaw ride in the center of the city allows you to discover the main centers of interest of the Vietnamese capital: the neighborhood of the “36 corporations”, the quarter of the embassies, the surroundings of the lake …Dinner at leisure. Along the route, you will see many villages and various sceneries.Ride in a flat-bottomed rowing boat, on a small river surrounded by rice fields and karstic mountains, an exceptional natural landscape. Lunch in a local restaurant: Roasted goat and puffed rice, a local delicacy.Walk through the plantations or bike ride in the nearby villages, meeting with the locals.Visit the temples of Kings Dinh y Le in Hoa Lu, the ancestral capital of Vietnam, surrounded by a picturesque landscape.In the afternoon, return by road to Hanoi, and transfer to your hotel.Dinner at leisure. Breakfast at the hotel.Road to Halong Bay through the Red River Delta.Arrival in Halong, boarding in a traditional junk, where you will navigate through imposing mountains and about 3000 islands and islets emerging from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Tonkin. Welcome drink and installation in your cabin.The junks are a unique way to discover Halong Bay.  The cabins are equipped with AC, and a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hot water.Lunch on board, and departure for a fantastic cruise in Halong Bay: undoubtedly one of the most beautiful landscapes in Asia.Discover one of the most beautiful natural caves.A small introduction to Vietnamese cuisine on board.Dinner on board with specialties of the bay.Night on the junk, is an unforgettable memory.To finish the day and if weather permits, a night fishing session of squid will be organized.
If weather permits, the sunrise is the best moment to photograph Halong Bay and also for a Tai Chi lesson on the upper deck with nature.Breakfast on board.Continuation the cruise toward a floating village, discover a different way of life, fish farms, floating houses, and community buildings. Each year more and more people move to land seeking for a better life but the culture and traditions are still strong among “the people of the sea”.Early lunch on board as a "brunch".Disembarkation and travel by road to Hanoi airport to board the flight to Danang.After the flight, reception in Danang and transfer by road to your hotel in Hoi An (30 km).Dinner at leisure. Visit an artisan center where we can see the traditional crafts of the city, visit the house of the Fujian Chinese community, and discover the history and the architecture of a secular house in the old quarter. Walk through the 800 buildings of historical interest. Visit the Japanese-covered bridge, a historical symbol of the city. Lunch at leisure.Free time in the afternoon to discover the city at your leisure.Dinner at leisure. Night at the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel.Start the day with the transfer by road to Ba Na Hills, where the famous Golden Bridge is located. Upon arrival, you must take a cable car, with amazing views, to reach the photogenic bridge. Free time to discover the themed Ba Na Hills park.After the visit, descent on the cable car and road to Danang.Lunch in a local restaurant.
Breakfast at the hotel.Departure by road to the Mekong Delta. On the way, visit a Cao Dai temple, a religion founded in 1920 by the intellectuals of the South. Discovery of a rich and interesting mixture of culture and traditions, a mixture of western and oriental ideas. Continuation to the region of Ben Tre. Boarding for a boat ride on one of the 9 branches of the Mekong River. Stops in local workshops and different plantations on shore to understand the importance of the Mekong River in the economy of this region.Walk into a typical village, to discover the daily life of the inhabitants. Visit their gardens where you can taste local products.Lunch in a family house with specialties: "elephant ear fish". In the afternoon, return to Ho Chi Minh City by road. Visit Chinatown, very commercial and known for its special atmosphere and for the great Binh Tay Market. Walk in the neighborhood with its numerous temples, Chinese shops, and traditional medicine pharmacies where essential plants can be found. Finnish with the Thien Hau Temple, known for its ceramic statuettes.Dinner at leisure. Night at the hotel.
